This policy explains how information is collected and used when you visit this website. It applies to the Wix conference website only. Registration for the Summit takes place on a separate Forms-Wizard platform, as explained below.

 

1. Information collected through this website

The website does not include registration, contact or payment forms and does not directly request personal information from visitors.

The website is built and hosted on Wix. When you visit it, Wix and the Organizers may automatically collect standard technical and usage information, including:

• approximate location;

• pages viewed and links or buttons clicked;

• dates, times and duration of visits; and

Clicking a registration link on this website will take you to a separate registration page operated through Forms-Wizard, at:

The Wix website does not collect the information entered on the Forms-Wizard registration page.

Information submitted during registration may include contact, professional, billing, attendance and other information requested in the registration form. That information is collected for the Organizers and may be used to:

• process and manage your registration and payment;

• communicate with you about the Summit;

• manage attendance, eligibility, logistics and related services;

• issue invoices, confirmations and other registration documents;

• respond to requests and provide support; and

• meet legal, accounting and security requirements.

Forms-Wizard provides the registration platform and processes and stores registration information on behalf of its client. Use of the registration platform is also subject to the Forms-Wizard privacy policy available on the registration page.

Providing registration information is voluntary. However, information marked as required must be provided in order to complete registration or receive the relevant service.

4. Sharing of information

Website analytics information and Summit registration information may be shared between the Organizers and with service providers supporting the website or Summit, including Wix, Forms-Wizard, payment processors, email providers and technical or event-management suppliers.

Information will be shared only as reasonably necessary for these purposes, to protect the website or the Organizers, or where disclosure is required by law or an authorized authority.

The Organizers do not sell personal information.
